  • Orders received before 11 am EST are processed the same day; otherwise, they are processed by the next business day. Domestic orders are generally shipped by USPS Priority Mail.

    In-transit time depends on the shipping destination and can take anywhere from 2-5 business days after they ship. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

  • We ship domestically to all 50 U.S. states including P.O. boxes. At this time, however, we do not ship internationally.

  • We designed our final products to be hypoallergenic. The only way to be absolutely certain that you will have an allergic reaction is to test any fragrance on a small patch of your skin before using it, which we recommend.

    Everyone reacts differently to fragrance. If you know you are sensitive or have any allergies, please trust your instincts.

  • Yes. Our formulations are never tested on animals. Additionally, our materials are never sourced from threatened or endangered plant species or ecosystems.

  • Gift cards purchased on BYARIEL.com can only be used towards online orders.

  • Yes. Our home fragrance is blended with body-safe fine fragrance oils for all linens in your space.

    Room sprays last the longest when sprayed directly onto fabrics. Fragrance typically lasts longer when sprayed onto fabrics with a thicker weave.

  • We offer free shipping on domestic orders that are $65 and over (pre-taxes).

    Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders. Orders under $65 will be charged our flat rate shipping of $9.99.

  • We generally do not accept returns or exchanges because our creations are hand-prepared to order as outlined in our Returns and Exchanges.

    However, if any of the items sent do not conform to your order, or should the items be defective, they will be replaced and we will pay the return costs. For any questions or concerns, please get in touch with us at customercare@byariel.com

    Samples are not available for return unless they arrive damaged.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

  • Once your order ships, look out for a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the tracking number you receive to track domestic shipments at USPS.

    You can always check the status of your order by logging into your account. If you don’t receive your shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to our customer service team at customercare@byariel.com.

  • Online orders do not require a signature. If you have reason to believe your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to our customer support team at customercare@byariel.com and we will assist you.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel an order once it's placed. We want to get you your order as quickly as possible, and we start the process of that as soon as you purchase.

    If you made a mistake in the shipping address, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to update the address for you. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or abandoned shipments.
