Because our creations are hand-prepared to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if any of the item(s) sent do not conform to your order, or should the product arrive damaged we will address it on a case-by-case basis. Accepted returned merchandise requires proof of purchase and should be unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging.
